Welcome to Kodawari Preschool & Daycare. These Terms of Service govern the relationship between the school and families who enroll their children in our programs. By enrolling your child, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Please read these terms carefully. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our administration before proceeding with enrollment.
1. Enrollment and Admission
- Admission is subject to availability of seats and completion of all required documentation.
- Parents/guardians must provide accurate and complete information during enrollment.
- A non-refundable registration fee is required to confirm admission.
- The school reserves the right to refuse or cancel admission at its discretion.
- Age requirements must be met as per the specific program guidelines.
2. Fees and Payments
- Tuition fees must be paid in advance as per the fee schedule provided at the time of admission.
- Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the fee structure.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy.
- The school reserves the right to revise fees with prior notice to parents.
- All payments should be made through authorized payment methods only.
3. Attendance and Timings
- Regular attendance is essential for optimal learning and development.
- Parents must inform the school in advance about planned absences.
- Children should be dropped off and picked up during designated timings only.
- Late pickups may incur additional charges and repeated instances may affect enrollment.
- Absences due to illness require a medical certificate for readmission (for absences exceeding 3 days).
4. Health and Safety
- Children must be in good health when attending school. Sick children should stay home.
- Parents must inform the school about any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs.
- The school will administer prescribed medications only with written parental consent and doctor's prescription.
- In case of emergencies, the school will contact parents immediately and may seek medical attention if necessary.
- Immunization records must be up-to-date as per government guidelines.
5. Conduct and Behavior
- Children are expected to treat peers, teachers, and school property with respect.
- Aggressive behavior, bullying, or actions that endanger others will not be tolerated.
- The school reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion, for serious misconduct.
- Parents are expected to support the school's values and guidelines.
- Constructive feedback and concerns should be communicated through proper channels.
6. Communication
- The school will communicate with parents through official channels including email, phone, and the school app.
- Parents are responsible for keeping their contact information updated.
- Parent-teacher meetings are scheduled periodically and attendance is encouraged.
- Concerns or complaints should be addressed to the school administration directly.
7. Photography and Media
- The school may photograph or record children during activities for educational and promotional purposes.
- Written consent will be obtained from parents before using any media featuring their child.
- Parents who do not wish their child to be photographed should inform the school in writing.
- The school will handle all media with sensitivity and in accordance with privacy guidelines.
8. Withdrawal and Termination
- Parents wishing to withdraw their child must provide written notice as per the specified notice period.
- The school may terminate enrollment for non-payment of fees, repeated policy violations, or other serious concerns.
- Upon withdrawal or termination, all outstanding fees must be settled.
- School records and certificates will be provided upon clearance of all dues.
9. Liability
- The school takes reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all children.
- The school is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Parents are responsible for ensuring children do not bring valuable or dangerous items to school.
- The school's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Changes to Terms
- The school reserves the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice to parents.
- Continued enrollment after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- Major policy changes will be communicated through official channels.
